Hi guys I have a question here. I have a worker visA which expires next january 31, but when I enter Canada the officer granted me with a work permit till april 30. So the question is When do I have to leave Canada? When my visa or work permit expire?

You can stay and work till April 30th. However, if you have to leave Canada for an emergency situation after Jan 31st, you wouldn't be able to enter again as your visa would have expired. So on a safer side, I would recommend you to apply for TRV for the period between Feb 1st and April 30th, unless ofcourse if you don't see such situation arising at all!BigBee said:

There it has been mentioned that, "If you do need a medical exam, your visa office will give you instructions and a form with your file number before you see a panel physician." How to contact visa office??
