urgent about offer letter

I had send transcripts on 5th of may .. but one email came from the college that you had'nt submitted the transcripts . then after that i had again send my transcripts on their mail id . so, my question is, how i will get to know that the transcripts had received by them.

Call the admissions office you were contacted by and ask him.

they want your transcript(official documents) directly to college from mail(courier) in which college u applied.
