Urgent …Can any one help me out

Hi, I am from Australia. I have applied for FSW in December last year and received LMO last week.
1. Is it alright if i send LMO attached in CIC Visa office in Sydney, Australia?
2. How long does it take more for the decision/medical? As its been 9 months already and how long does it take more for the decision???

Can any one help me out with this matter.

Ashika, I can try to help. Please share your timeline. Did you apply under FSW1 or 2? If you applied under 2 and your prospective employer from Canada got your LMO approved, then you need an offer letter from your prospective employer from Canada stating that they would like to offer you unconditional employment upon CIC granting your permanent residency. Only then your LMO can be considered towards converting your application to FSW 1. Hope this helps.

Actually, I was out for long time and today back to this Immigration Forum.
This is my Case:

We received your application for permanent residence on December 28, 2011.

We started processing your application on November 21, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

Last week I received an e-mail stating that my application for the PR is in finial stage and requested my passports and Passport size photos.

Now I want to know that, is my LMO and the offer letter a valid in this application. As I got LMO and Job Offer Letter in September 2012 stating : "It is full time job of 32 hrs a week and needs to apply for work permit. Actually, I have applied for LMO and Job Offer for work permit but i didnt applied work permit but submitted these for my PR application. nowhere both indicates about the PR application...Just says Work permit"

- Should I have to go and work with that company from where I got LMO and Job Offer ???Is there any restrictions ??
-Should I have to stay in Alberta??as the LMO and Job Offer is from Alberta..or can I stay and can work in any other places??
