VFS has re-opened in India for UK and many other countries but IRCC is not allowing VFS to even do biometrics for Canada.
This does not make sense because VFS is already taking safety measures to reduce risk, just like for UK.
Canada can continue to disallow foreign nationals from entering but at least their visa process should not be halted.
Halting VFS will only grow backlog of visa application because the visa process suspension is lifted.
Those people who agree with me, I request them to raise a webform request with Ottawa or send them a simple and short email at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca to resume VFS services in India.
