my wife applied for a spouse sponsor and she got the client number ,now i want apply for a isit visa online ,when i was creating the MYCIC account,there was a question do you have a client id number (if u applied for any service on CIC u will be gien Client number) ,
now i don't know what to say,actually i didn't apply my wife applied,and the client number was given to her ,
if i said yes they asked about my last name and country of birth and dates,if i entered my wife ,the MYCIC profile saying welcome (my wife last name)

what should i choose help please

Hello @evanbigfan, your post is not entirely clear but I will try to help. It sounds like you want to visit while your PR application is in process and you are trying to apply for that online. In your wife's sponsor approval letter it should have 2 numbers. One is the UCI number used for her as the sponsor and the other is the file number used for you as the applicant. When you go online you need to use the "application number" along with your date of birth and country. If you sit tight a bit, probably another more experienced forum member will also reply to you and either confirm or correct my response. Have a look at your wife's approval letter and try again. Thanks a lot,i tried it and it worked,u saved my life ,but unfortunately on creating MYCIC (GCKEY) they only accepting UIC so now am sure that i should choose i don't have a UIC Number

You can call CIC and ask for clarification or do the form manually and attach a copy of your wife's sponsorship approval letter and they should be able to figure it out from there. Sometimes the online processes do have kinks like that so it's good we can still have the option of doing it "old school" . Best of luck!
