URG: Paper you get after the medical examination

I applied online, uploaded everything and paid the 125 CAD... 2 after that, I was told to take my medical examination... one day after that I went to the doctor and they called me the next day saying the results were submited and that there was a paper for me at the doctors office... does it work for something?

is it your acknowledgment letter?

It may be a copy of result or a receipt of completing medical. You probably won't need it but better to have it than not as you might need it in the future.
