Uploading the eMedical center's medical examination information sheet to the IRCC website

Hi everyone,

Our medical examination took place today in one of the eMedical centers in Ontario. We do understand that all results should be uploaded digitally to by the aforementioned center and the place our Xrays took place in. However, somebody told us that we should upload the number of IME to the website if IRCC. We are applying for the PR thru Province Nominee Program.
Is there to anybody any idea whether we should or shouldn't upload the IME number (on the information sheet) to the website of IRCC and how we are doing that?
