Uploading Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees and/or Schedule 4A- Prov Nominee

Upon submission of PR Application, I have received request to submit Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees and/or Schedule 4A- Prov Nominee

I uploaded submit Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees as per my category, however myCIC is still asking me to submit/upload Schedule 4A- Prov Nominee and the status on dashboard is showing as "Your Action Is Required" and on details "Review of submitted documents We need an additional document from the applicant"

Do we also need to upload the same Provincial Nomination Certificate for 4A as well ?

Pls. help!

Just include a LOE stating that schedule 4A doesn't apply to you.

Thanks for response. I made a very silly mistake and already submitted only the provincial nomination certificate for Schedule 4 WITHOUT submitting the filled Schedule 4 as I was not aware of this form. Now since it is already transmitted I cannot do anything.

My only hope is to submit the Schedule 4 along with letter of Explanation in uploading Schedule 4A.

Hope they will not cancel my application for this blunder.

Pls. suggest.

I'm a November PNP applicant and this was not requested from me yet.

I sent a CSE and got the standard reply, "The office will contact you if any other requirements are needed."
