Uploading photos for PR Card

Hello,

As per instructions here under Uploading and submitting photos->How to submit Photo section, there should be an upload photo button in the Permanent Resident (PR) card / PR Travel Document tab but I don't see that button at all when I login in on the PR portal. Anyone else face this issue?

I wasn’t able to resolve my issue. Ended up sending a paper application

I may end up doing the same. This PR portal is reflective of how IRCC operates. Simply mediocre
