Uploading Medical Exam from Brazil on CIC.GC.CA site?

We are applying online , have uploaded everything required of this site:

My wife is Brazilian, needs only a visitor multiple entry visa, has completed the med exam, but Dr says she needs a code from canadian immigration, how do we get that, no one answers the fone or email from the consular offices in Brazil.

when you get your medical exam done and the form doctor gives you after you are done has the code, you don't have to contact anybody for that. Just upload that from.
