Uploading documents requested by CIC in 2016

Got a CSE REPLY and they said to delete application and resubmit a new one.

Seriously, CIC needs to have more humans in this customer care system.

Now what to do guys ? has anyone faced anything similar.

I am answering to my question it might help someone. I got RCMP request on 5-Apr and I submitted the report on 13-Apr and they issued me PPR on 26-Apr.
