Uploading Additional Documents

Hey guys,

A quick question; I got a letter via e-mail from CIC on the 25th asking for an additional document to be sent over. I sent it on the 29th but it has been sat in Heathrow for four days, rather frustratingly! I registered to link my application to an online GCkey, which all seems fine, but don't seem to be able to upload documents via this platform? Is there anything else I can do? I really don't trust the Royal Mail, to be honest. I initially sent in a paper application, which may be why they asked for it via the post...

You can scan and upload the scanned documents via "case specific enquiry". Just do the search for this and you'll get to the cic page.

Thank you for that Cheng - I sent the document (a scan of my birth certificate) via my fiancee's Dad in the end and it got there last week via post. Should I expect any notification? Canada Post said it was delivered but I haven't had an e-mail or anything from CiC
