Uploaded wrong documents -- Need to replace them after AOR

Hello Everyone,

I worked late last night on my file and uploaded wrong files before submitting the file to IRCC.

I forgot to upload all pages of my passport that have a stamp (US and Canadian stamps only) for both my wife and myself. I raised a CSE today and plan on calling IRCC to ask an agent to put a note in my file as possible.
I also uploaded the wrong pictures (dimension issue...)

I attached the correct documents (passport scan and photos) in my CSE and hope that those will replace the wrong files I submitted....

I read that people got rejected because of missing information on passport pages. I just hope that my CSE will be treated on time or that the officer will ask for all pages (I submitted the bio page and my US Visa only - missing pages only have stamps of US and Canada border agencies)

Anyone has any feedback ?

It will not read to rejection, you might get a ADR for missing passport pages but not rejection. What you have done is correct, provided correct documents via CSE. Suggest to call and also let them know about it.

And I assume you must have provided correct travel history in the form.

I called CIC / IRCC yesterday and had a note written in my file stating that I did submit a web form with the right documents and the agent said it should be fine. Indeed, I provided a full and complete history of my travels. I've been keeping record of all my trips for years and that came in very handy!

I'll keep you posted as to how it goes in case this happens to someone else.

How did your application go? I'm in a similar situation now. Did they accept the new document?

Hi,

They did accept the new docs and everything went well. However our application took over 23 months and we got stuck at the famous IP1 for over 10 months with no apparent reason. We got GCMS notes several time and could not understand the real hold up.... But everything went fine and quick once we passed the 12 months mark.
