Uploaded-not submitted to IRCC

I upload my IMM 5669. The detail said that it was “Uploaded-but not submitted to ircc. I try to upload it again and i try to submit and it was sauccessfully transmitted but it was too late to my deadline. What will happen to my application? And now the table said that “Replacement Provided”.

Hi, Im facing the same issue currently. I have uploaded the documents on time but have not transmitted them. Today, 5 days after the due date I transmitted the documents. Will it cause a rejection since I did not meet the deadline?

Edit - My initial profile was submitted in jan 2021. I was requested re-medicals, PCC and Proof in funds. These were the documents delayed.
