Uploaded LOE documents without ADR

I am an FSW-O Canada PR applicant with 19days to go on my timeline.

I noticed not much movement so i ordered for GCMS notes and received it 7days ago. Here are my findings:

* STATUS: Eligibility not met-for refusal
* APPLICATION: In progress
* SUMMARY: Employment letter does not contain duties or latest income.

This reason ofcos dropped verified CRS score by 50points

My bank employer issues a generic reference letter that does not include job duties.

However, i have now gotten a reference from my line manager at work with job duties outlined and fits my NOC. The new reference letter is on the bank's letter head and is duly signed. I also have my line manager's business card attached.

I have sent all these using Webform along with an LOE 5 days ago. I received acknowledgement of receipt from IRCC yesterday.

My question now is:

* How can i be sure VO will check my uploaded documents and Update?
* Any necessity to engage counsel to help this happen?
* Any advice on way forward and any recommendation?
