Uploaded documents

Hi guys, I applied visa through online. And cic send me message to get police certificates to be upload in Mycic account, which I did.but then 2weeks later they emailed me saying that they didnt received or seen any documents that uploaded in Mycic. But when I check on my status of application under review of documents " we have received the documents". What will I do? Pls help me.

I did, I already email them, but until now no reply yet. It's been 2weeks now. What will I do?thanks

They need 15 working/bussiness days in other words they are consuming 26 days to reply an inquiry. I submitted my inquiry on 7 june. till today no reply.

on 20 February 2014 I send them on document via email. they reply me march 16. so wait and watch.

so don't worry....

Thank you so much. If you don't mind, where did you apply for visa? I applied my visa in jaimaica and the processing time shoulb be 2 months. I applied Feb 14, 2014. Thank you

I applied online in abudhabi visa office. in Nov 2013....good in jamaca only 2 months wow..in abudhabi 7 months minimum. I entered in 8th month....good luck..
