Uploaded but not submitted

1) When it says after uploading any document "uploaded not submitted", do I have to anything particular to submit it also or it happens automatically after payment?
2) Also, there is a button on top of the page of document checklist that says "Share with CIC". Does anyone know what that is about?

For your first question, once you upload all the documents, a new Submit button will appear at the bottom.
By clicking that button, your documents will be submitted.


Till then documents are just uploaded and not sent to CIC and if need arises, you can change uploaded documents before submitting.

Happened to me today. I uploaded Schedule A Background Declaration on my account. It says "Uploaded - Not submitted to IRCC" What does it mean not submitted to IRCC? Do i need to do anything else??

I am just seeing this, and it just saved my life, I uploaded a file since 2nd of May 2019 and didn’t submit which is meant to be due 16th of May 2019 , I have been wondering why it shows uploaded not submitted to IRCC since, then I came across this and just submitted today!! thank you

Hi can anyone reply to this,even i have same question.
I have been asked to submit multiple documents for my child,but i have not recieved all. So can I submit one at a time,or all needs to be submitted together. Please help
