I'm a foreign worker working in Alberta. As the occupation stated on my work permit was incorrect, I sent it to Ottawa to get corrected in mid Sept 2015. However, it's been more than two months now and I still don't have the new one sent back to me. I tried to call CIC twice in the last two weeks and was just told the agent who answered my call sent their head office a note, urging them to speed up. They just asked me to wait patiently.
I have already set up my EE profile and will very likely be selected for ITA this coming Friday for the 21st draw. I have also got all my supporting documents ready except the new work permit. I am planning to submit everything straight after ITA. But do you guys know whether I have to upload the work permit for AOR? It is not a permanent work offer and I do not get that 600 points added anyway though. Thanks a million!
