Upload Singapore PCC COC - how to -

Hello,

A bit confused how to upload Singapore PCC COC, it asks for document number (what exactly is the document number in COC), expiry date (cannot find any expiry date).

There is no expiry date mentioned explicitly in the document and the CIC throws an error that document number cannot have numbers., quite strange

Anybody if already know the know-how to upload Singapore pcc coc in CIC kindly need your assistance on how to upload the document.

When I submitted it (in Feb 2016), I just put:
- Document Number: the alphanumeric below barcode, something like COC 123456/12
- Expiry Date: I tried putting 1 year from the issue date, but the system did not have 2017 option at that time. So I put the current date at that time.

I don't have any issue after that, but this might not be the correct way though. Follow at your own risk.

thank you.. do we need to include COC in that number for example: 123456/12 or COC 123456/12 OR COC123456/12?
Which format should I use?
and for expiry date I have got an access for year 2016 and up..so Can I use 1 year or 2 year random period
