Upload documents in wrong section

Guys I would like to know if something like this happen already happened to anyone here in the forum.

Back in August 2020, I received a request letter from IRCC to upload again my wife's education documents, they stated they couldn't read the her document.

But the problem they enabled the button to upload the document again in my documents section, instead of enabling the button to upload in my wife's document section.

I already sent to them inquiries but didn't received any answer so far.

So, I don't know how to proceed because I couldn't provide to them a new version of her documents and also I cannot upload the document in my section this will override my document.

My application is still so far waiting for several steps:
Review of eligibility - In Progress
Review of medical results - In Progress
Biometrics - Completed Oct,18
Background check - In Progress

It is hard to understand the point you were making, i suggest that you call IRCC to find out what is wrong, and to let them know you can't upload your wife's document.
