upfront rrpf and medicals

Hello friends,

if I do upfront medicals and rrpf now and later after few months down the line I renew my passports, do i need to inform CIC about my new passports? Just in case I do not get the PR by then?

also is it advisable to pay rrpf upfront. Also do I need to pay the rrpf for my infant child?
