Upfront RPRF

Hi, all. I did my medical exam last week based on the request of CIC. Now, I plan to pay the RPRF up front. I found the website as https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en. However, when I try to pay it, only an account based on my email address is needed. I do not have to input my name, UCI or anything else before I am asked to input my credit card information. Does it make sense? How will CIC know it is me to pay the fee later? Thanks a lot!

It seems a good idea to pay RPRF up front. See below:

b) The Right of Permanent Residence fee

The right of permanent residence fee is $490.00 per person. There is no fee for dependent children under the age of 18.

You will need to pay this fee if we approve your application.

Note: paying this fee early can help speed up the processing of your application, so it’ s a good idea to submit it when you apply.

If you don’t pay it when you submit your application , you must pay this fee before we issue any permanent resident documents to you.

We will refund this fee if you withdraw your application or if you do not use your visa.

Once you pay you will received auto generated receipt you need to print it and fill it and send it to CIC email ... you can find email address on this forum somewhere.....

They will tied your receipt number with your application and mark your application as paid RPRF.

when I did Upfront RPRF I send it to CPC-CTD-Ottawa and Also CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca

This should be good enough information for Upfront RPRF..

Hi all, I just paid the upfront RPRF online and got the receipt. Since I did not have a credit card at that time, I asked for my friend's credit card instead. However, only payer's information is needed to be filled out in the receipt and my friend's name is shown in the receipt as the payer. How can I fill out the receipt? To use my information or my friend's?

I did upfront RPRF fee. Can some guide me which address I have to fill on the form.
I applied from India and I have paid with my canadian credit card. So which of these i have to fill on the form?

Yes, I paid it already. However, I did not receive any reply from CIC.

Oh ok buddy.. Thanks... So u just printed/ scanned the receipt and emailed it to their email add with the information and stuffs? This is very helpful buddy.. I will pay it using the link that u gave..
