Upfront RCMP criminal record check for FSW

Hi Experts,

I am applying for the express entry under CEC and my score is good enough to get me ita in the next round. However, I was previously arrested and falsely charged for something which comes under crime in canada. The case was later disposed/dropped by the prosecutor. I know that they will ask me for the RCMP check later, but what are your ideas on the upfront RCMP certificate? Is it going to expedite the process if i submit court documents and RCMP certificate along with other documents?

If you were pardoned, then you do not need to worry about it I guess. I am not a lawyer, but I think you will be fine.
I suggest you to get the RCMP upfront. It could save you an Additional Documents Request and could even speed up your application.
