Upfront medicals for Super visa

Hi everyone,

I understand that a Super visa application has to be submitted from outside Canada. However, can a parent already in Canada on a regular visitor visa/eTA finish their upfront medicals at a panel physician's office in Canada (before going back to their home country to submit the application)?
