Upfront medical

Hi guys,

If I'll complete upfront medical (but going to apply to temporary work visa two month later). Will my medical will be checked by Canada government in those 2 month?

And when I'll attach my upfront medical exam form, the officer will approve it faster.

I checked once for medical report duration, it serves for one year, i don't if this what you are asking for
