-Did you write your VO via email or CSE and inform them of the medical exam you did? Generally when you do a medical exam the panel doctor sends the results to the appropriate CIC regional medical office. A cic medical officer will do an assessment on the results and input into GCMS for processing. Now if you did an upfront exam the results will remain in GCMS and will not be routed to any office as there is no medical exam case number attached to it. That is why you have to notify your VO of the exam by sending the proof of medical exam so they create your medical file number and attached your medical exam results to it. In some cases the VO will receive the proof from you but decide to do nothing at that time since they are busy and will prefer to update your file once they review your application .
other than your case the longest i have seen was 3 months, and that was because the applicant waited for over a month without letting the VO know as he thought ecas and gckey will update as doctor sends results to cic
-so if you have not written to your VO , do so . They should normally respond since its an update on your file.. , some visa officers don't like it when applicants anticipate their medical exam
