Upfront Medical

hello friends
I am about to give upfront medical to apply for Jan 2016 intake, please advise what document I need to get from medical office (IOM) which I will include with my visa application. Have heard horrible stories that even after doing upfront medical visa office asked to do medical. So what I need to get from medical office so that visa office become aware that medical is done. Thanks

They will give you a tracking sheet, e medical may be written on it. It will be signed by the doctor. Just put that sheet in the visa application file
