Upfront medical type Worker vs Family

Guys,

We got our medical done and the doctor gave us a printout which says Upfront medical type : worker for me and for my wife it says family.

What is the correct type to use?
Will this discrepancy cause an issue with our application?
Should I get it changed?

The doctor told us that he can change this type to what I want.

Ideally it should've been NON-EDE - Worker for both but family is also accepted.

It's correct because your wife is a dependent of yours.
Usually it's the principal applicants who get Non-EDE Worker, while dependents or sponsored applicants get EDE Family.
 
What is EDE?
 
my doctor put non-ede worker for me my wife and my son. all accompanying.

Dependents in economic apps are not EDE.
 
Thanks for the info.

The doctor asked for our Identity and I provided our Michigan License information and he didn't used passport which is from India. Will that be an issue? Should I have him update that information.
