Upfront Medical - Question

Hi,
For my study permit, I am planning to do upfront medical examination. However, I might change my preferred university as I am wait listed in my top choice. All I want to know is that do i need to mention my DLI's name or No during medical examination? As I might end up selecting another University when I apply for my study permit. Thanks

No. You won't have to disclose your University to the hospital/clinic as it is not associated.
