I'll be applying for my Study Permit through SDS. I have every document with me but my medical appointment is scheduled on 13th of August. Should I upload the appointment print showing that I have an appointment for 13th August and apply before 13th?

You require a medical exam. Learn how to get an upfront medical exam. In order to submit your online application, you will need to upload the information printout sheet or the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form. Your doctor will give you one of these forms when you complete your medical exam.
If you cannot get a medical exam before the deadline to submit your application, you may submit proof that you have scheduled an appointment.
Do I need to upload the acknowledgement slip which I'll get after completing my medical exam or the medical report which I'll get after 10-12 days?.
If I upload the appointment, will my application be processed under SDS or they will process it under regular category as I don't have my medical report?
And can I apply immediately after getting my medical exam or do I need to wait for a few days? I'm doing medical with Pulse Diagnostics, Kolkata.
