Upfront medical possibly delayed due to extra tests

My doctor referred me to a heart specialist for low EKG .
And the scheduler for that heart specialist mentioned usually takes 4 months to get an appointment. But all I have is 31 days. She said she will try to find an appointment. But she can't confirm anything.
Am I really in trouble?

But it Says in order to fill in a web form I need to apply. So can I apply without the upfront medical? Let Them know with LOE that I needed further tests?

Have you received ITA and submitted application?
What is your AOR date?

what do you mean by 'But all I have is 31 days '? where its written you have 31 days?
