Upfront medical notification printout question (examinations required)

Hi,

I had my medical exam this week and received the eMedical printout. However, I had a question regarding the printout.

In the "Examinations required for this visa application", there are two exams listed as Completed: Medical Examination (501) and Chest X-Ray Examination (502). I've done some research and I'm also supposed to have the syphilis exam and HIV exam listed. However, they do not appear on the form at all (not incomplete or pending, just not listed at all). Is this an issue?

I did get those exams and results back, they're just not on the form at all.

they should be on page 2 according to my sheet (the printout was one paper front and back.
 
Thank you all for your help.

I called the physician's clinic and they said it should be fine. The two missing exams on the sheet are in the system.
