Upfront Medical in India

I received ITA on 23-March under CEC. I am looking for guidance on Upfront Medical. My family is in India and I tried contacting Max Healthcare in Mohali. But they mentioned that they will require a letter from Canadian Embassy for upfront Medical. As, India is under strict locked down currently. Please suggest if there are any options.

If they won't do an upfront medical, then you need to apply without it and explain the situation.
