Upfront medical for CEC

Can I do the Upfront medical before I receive the ita or do I have to wait till I receive ita?
The medical report is valid for 12 months.

Mine was done before ITA.
as long as you applied 6months prior to expiry date you should be okay.

How long it takes to get upfront medical result to reach immigration office?

What kind of conditions on work permit are you going to change?
I did flag poling to change from study permit to open work permit. you just need your job offer letter , transcript and passport.
