Upfront medical exam requirement

Hi,

Can you let me know what are the requirements for upfront medical exam? Do I just bring a copy of the ITA and passport?

Do I need a UCI number? I don't see it in the ITA, I just have EE profile number.

Call your local clinic. The one I came to asked for invitation letter and passport.

Mine as well. I only came with only the passport but they requested to see the ITA. Luckily there was an internet cafe I could log onto my account and print the letter.
