Upfront medical exam for spouse and child(not the primary applicants)

Hello Everyone,

My husband who is the primary applicant in Express Entry received an ITA this week. He has not submitted the application yet. He is in Canada and I am in United States with our kid. I wanted to know if we(son and I) can go for an upfront medical exam. Please if anybody was in similar situation, please let me know.
