Upfront medical exam for pgwp outside canada

Does upfront medical exam get updated in gckey for work permit applications? Since when giving the medical they don’t have our uci so they can’t really update it. My biometrics and everything is done around 2.5 months back.

I also applied pgwp from India .Medical exam not needed for us

But i was in india for more than 6 months and that’s why i had to
