Upfront medical doctor asking for additional tests

Last week I attended upfront medical exam in Toronto. I got a call from doctors office and asking for additional tests.
Does anyone encountered this. Please advise

If the panel physician finds an issue in applicants test reports or fells that the results are not accurate, he may ask the applicant to go through few more additional tests and come to a conclusion before sending the reports/report summary to CIC.

Thanks for the response. I am going to attend tomorrow and see how it goes.
I don't have any medical issues prior. When doctors asked me I am bit anxious

They often ask for additional test if the X-ray film has a scarring or blurry vision. Then a sputum test will be needed.
