Updating submitted PR application after visitor visa refused

Hi all,

My wife submitted her Visitor Visa application in April 2022 and in Sep 2022, I also submitted her PR application (outland, Family class) while the visitor visa application was pending.

At that time, we answered "No" to the following question in form IMM5669

d) been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country

However, in Oct 21, 2022, her visitor visa application was refused.

My question is whether form 5669 in her submitted PR application needs to be updated, and if so, how should we go about updating it?
