UPDATING PROBLEM cic profile

Please my people, need your help, wanted to change some detail on my cic profile, but is not updating, am yet to get my ITA.Please I need direction on how to go about this.

Make sure you have a good internet.
Ensure the page is loaded fully before you enter. If the page is not loading, sign off and sign in again from scratch.
If a page is acting funny, or not used for few minutes, do the same log off and log in again into your EE profile.
Use latest version of IE or Chrome browser.

What error are you getting? If you think it's a technical issue for sure, you can report that using the button above.

am able to log in, but to update is the issue, don't know where to update

Click 'View submitted application', it will direct you to the page which shows each section, on those page click 'Update' to update the section you want to update. You will have to electronically sign your application and transmit the changes. Once the information has been transmitted, the status would show as 'Transmitted' instead of 'Submitted'.
