Updating personal and family change

I've got a question. My application was received by CIC last week. We are expecting a baby in October 2015 and I know he or she will be Canadian citizen. Does it say anywhere that we have to send CIC an update regarding this issue? I mean any change in your personal circumstances: addition to family, divorce etc?

I'm in the same situation. My son was born one month after sending my application. I called CIC agent and was told that I don't need to update that information. You can call CIC to double check.
