Updating language results while submitting CSQ application

Hi everyone, while filling out the application for CSQ it asks for "Numéro de candidat ou de l'attestation" for the language section. Can I give my numéro d'inscription found in my TEF exam result or it should be an attestation number only? If it is an attestation number there are two sets of numbers at the bottom of the TEF result with - (hyphen)which one should I need to provide? Thanks for your response.
