Updating address

i sent the e-mail to immigration twice to update my address . but they are not doing can u tell me pls why they are not doing

Try to Fax your new address , I had same issue and when i faxed them my new address with written letter , they updated it with in few days .

Is there anyway we can check the current address once we get file number? I just want to make sure the mailing address I put down is correct. Thanks.

like i always saw this thing even i have sent my medical

it never shows any update like where is my file.
