I'm CEC Inland, AOR May 30. My BG got updated after months, to the same status as yours just last Tuesday. Hopefully, this will be the last stage and we'll hear back from CIC with our PPR very soon. Stay optimistic!

Jenkinson, i received my final request today for my passport and photos!!! I am only guessing but you should be getting yours sooner or may already have got it.

Yeah, mine arrived as well Monday afternoon. My passport is on it's way to Ottawa

hi everey one i just want to your help to find out solution i apply in cec with lmia with my spouse
AOR : 18th april 2017
application status : we are processing your application
review of eligbility : we re reviewing whether you meet the requirement
review of medical : passed ( some were in may2017 )
review of additional documents : additional documents you provided are being reviewed
interview : you do not need interview
biometrics : we do not need you fingerprint
BCG : your application is in progress we will send you message when we start your background check
final decision : your application is in progress
since my medical passed this is my application status nothing change after may 2017 and i called cic agent on 18th of oct and he told me evrything seems good they are doing eligbility and background check so i already apply my GCMS note on 20th oct i just want to know is enyone has same problem like me since 6 month of after AOR.thanks for your time

Hi. Dont worry to much. Sometimes they take longer than expected. If the agents are telling all is well believe them. It can takea while somtimes.

WOuld you know how soon they change the cic account to approved? They received my docs on monday 23rd and no update as of yet. Nothing on cic nor have they posted the PR card?

I believe it will change to approved when they actually stamp your passport and send it back to you. In regards to PR card, you actually have to complete your landing first and then they will send you your PR card after that.

I just realised they have to send you your COPR stuff first and then leave the country and come back. I live in canada already. And because i am from the UK i don't need to send my passport they just require a copy of my passport and photos. So i am hoping they send it soon. My visa runs out dec 28th so i hope they send it asap. I really don't want to be getting open work visa as they sent me the final request email so am just waiting for my copr docs so I can complete the rest once i cross the border to states and come back
