Updated profile but NOT UPDATED SCORE IN SYSTEM? Help!

I received an email notification regarding EE requirement changes Nov 19th. I used the online CRS calculator and saw an improvement of about 40 points after the scoring change (I received post-secondary education in Canada, etc.)

However, after updating and re-transmitting my profile according to the instructions just an hour ago, the "last submission date" of the application is still not updated and there has been NO CHANGES to the overall score in my application??

Is this due to system delay or should I start a new profile??? Please advise and thanks so much!!

If you answered all the new questions correctly it can take up to 48 hrs for your scores to be updated.

Is the score update gradually by section or something? I should be getting additional 48 points based on the calculator but only have 10 so far in the system??
