UPDATED LOA

Hello everyone, a few weeks ago I received an email from the immigration office to provide an updated LOA for my application which I submitted in June for fall intake. I started classes and up till now no AIP. This is the first time I have heard from them since the time I applied (including after my biometrics in the same month of June). .
My question is, Is it good news to be asked to submit an updated LOA?

studying without AIP is a huge risk incase you get your visa rejected then what will you do?

They literally posted on their website to go ahead and study after they could not meet their own 15th September deadline. They said you could study online if your applied before 15th September remember???. Plus its fully funded and couldn't defer.
