Updated letter of acceptance requested

I applied for January intake but there was a delay and my classes were missed. The embassy has asked for an updated letter of acceptance and i have uploaded that for the Fall 2018 as the University doesn't have a spring intake. Can someone tell me what are the chances after they request an updated letter of acceptance? I have been requested medical and have passed too.
