[size=10pt]I received the following generic letter from CHC Delhi. In our case its only my parents no other dependents. Please help me with additional documents. Do I need to include birth certificate of my parents and also 5th, 8th, 10th certificate for my mother as she is only dependent and it is not clear in the letter.
