Thanks Arika for the response. Can you please clarify how fsw2014 spreadsheet is updated. The numbers in fsw 2014 are exactly matching with the CIC website which shows latest cap limit (as of 10/10/2014).

If you see the spreadsheet and scroll down by the application received date, there are app received dated for July, Aug, Sep and Oct 2014. Does it mean the spreadsheet was updated incorrectly? Please advice.

SS is updated ONLY by this forum members. When you want to input and change your data you go to: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Wl4oS7u4P1oek09X6ZUO6hHK-9jE3TNIAwgHSWMowAA/viewform. It has nothing to do with CIC and the data are not official.
There you can see (in light green colour) that latest cc charges were from 26/06 applicants.
I'm 1113 NOC and my application had been received on July 8th. If you check CIC website you'll see that there are no applications for this NOC, but in SS you can find members being charged with this NOC. I didn't check if someone got PER.
