update the Mariage status Delayed Canda PR?

Dear all,

I am a fresher on this site.

My wife is applied for PR visa Canada and waiting for medical, Feb 20 I got married with her, and received marriage certificate from Panchayth also. But my agent told me if you want update your status then you required:

Passport
SSC certificates
Marriage certificate
Birth certificates

But I don’t have birth certificate that’s applied on February; this processing is still going on (kerala Govt is never help for any one to get a good future). This may get next week.


My query is now i update my status of marriage is valid (4months is over), or this may cause reject my wife’s PR application or I can applied with her a VISA application?

I am very much upset on this please guide me.

Well vipin weather it delays the application or not, you have to inform Immigration. As its clearly stated that they should be immediately notified of any changes in the status.

So better to be late than sorry.

Can I write a cover letter explain delay of by birth certificate? Its can be acceptable?

Dear Vipin,

First and foremost inform the ND visa office regarding marraige. You can state that delay was 'because you were busy and had other commitments' after all everyone knows how Indian marraiges are.

Immediately fill up the forms and submit whatever documents are necessary(school and college certificates, work experience, etc) and yes marraige certificate.
You can say that as you do not have birth certificate currently please consider school leaving certifcate as a proof for your birthdate currently and inform that you have applied for birth certificate(as you lost it or any other valid reasons) and also apply for PCC.

Your wife's case will be delayed but both of you can land togather.

any one can provide me a cover letter to explain delayed submission of marriage details to embassy due to non availability of birth certificate.
